Christina has been working in the practice for over 15 years. The role began as a route to becoming a Veterinary Nurse, however after one year of the degree completed in UCD she decided her interests were far more swayed towards the large animal end of the business. This resulted in her returning to working in the practice in a full time capacity and gaining invaluable experience assisting the vets with large animal care. Christina is now the large animal practice manager. She has a keen interest in the farm animals and enjoys talking all things bovine with her clients. She especially enjoys being part of representing the practice at local agricultural shows and open days. Aswell as large animal work, both on farm and in the office, she enjoys her time spent conversing with all small animal clients and their pets - there is always an interesting conversation to be had. The wide variety of the job is one of her real passions and she thrives on the fact that each day is different. She is a strong believer in the power of good teamwork within the workplace and absolutely adores her work family. Outside of work Christina has many interests, such as hiking, horse riding, cycling and socializing to name a few.
