Emergencies during usual opening hours

If your animal has a problem during normal surgery hours (8.00 am – 8.00 pm) Monday to Friday and 8.30am - 4.30 pm Saturday, please telephone the practice immediately and we will ensure that you are offered an appointment on a priority basis. Please make it clear that the matter is not routine and we will do our utmost to attend to you at the earliest opportunity.

Emergencies outside of our usual opening hours

Please follow our guidance for emergency arrangements during evenings and week-ends by calling our practice on 053 914 5755 and following our answerphone instructions.
